• Classiebawn Castle

• Mahon Falls
Mahon Falls is 80 meters tall. There is a parking lot not far from the falls, with a nice path through beautiful Comeragh mountains to get to the falls themselves.
• Sligo Camino
The Sligo Camino is an annual hiking challenge, usually in early July. It follows several paths and trails through the Sligo countryside, like Creevela Abbey, Lough Gill, Slish wood, and Yeats’ Lake Isle. To do the challenge, you must sign up for it. Tickets go on sale April 1st.
• The Model
The Model is one of Ireland’s most important contemporary art centers. It was built in 1862 as a model school and has been extended twice. The museum is home to the Niland art collection, as well as artist studios, music studios, and a space gallery. In addition to the wonderful art collection, one can also enjoy the beautiful views of Sligo from the top floor.
• Gleniff Horse Shoe
This is a beautiful path near Donegal Bay and Truskmore Mountain, the tallest mountain in Sligo. Along the path you will enjoy streams, trees, waterfalls, and the view of Truskmore Mountain. It’s a great picnic destination.
